Here is a walkthrough of my commission process.
The terms and conditions here apply to current and future commissions.
Please read carefully. Thank you!

Personal Commissions

1. Inquiry and Commission Form
To start, send a direct message to any of the following:
- Artistree request form: artistree.io/request/lasaegna
- Twitter: @lasaegna_
- Email to [email protected] with your commission form.- Here is the format of the Commission Form template:

- Twitter or any social media handle: (if applicable)
- Character's name:
- Character description: (their personality, and specific design details that I need to take note of)
- Background details: (preferred color if headshot art commission, or background description if waist-up art commission)
- References: (links or images of the character and background)

2. Payment
- After I have accepted the commission request, I will ask for your Paypal email and send an invoice for the payment.
- I will only start working on the initial draft after receiving full payment.
- Refunds are allowed if the commission prompt is beyond my drawing ability, or when I have not started working on the sketch.
- Once the sketch draft is approved, no refunds will be allowed.

Extra Charges
- I will ask for additional payment for characters with complex designs.
- Initial sketch revisions are only limited to two times. Any other major correction after the sketch will be charged extra.
- There will be an extra fee for rushed commissions.

3. Commission Updates
- Commissions may take 1 week to 1 month depending on the commission volume, but feel free to ask for updates on twitter message or email.
- I will post an update on my twitter account if there is a delay on the commission output due to real life circumstances.
- Commissions are often done as a batch, and I request for your patience while waiting.- Once done with the commission, I will send you the image file for final revision.

PNG file with 300 dpi resolution
Image sizes:
Headshot Art: 2300 pixels x 2300 pixels or 2300 pixels x 2900 pixels
Waist-up Art: A4 size (2480 pixels x 3508 pixels)
Experimental Sketchpage Art: A4 size (2480 pixels x 3508 pixels)

- Only minor revisions are accepted, for example: slight changes in hair color and small expression details. No major revisions such as pose alterations, change in hairstyles and outfit, etc.

4. Commission Usage
- Personal art commissions are allowed for social media use such as icon, header, and even printing for self.
- If posting on your account, please tag me so I can retweet the commission piece as well.
- Please do not heavily edit or use the commissioned art commercially.
- Use of commissioned art for NFT, blockchain, and cryptocurrency related purposes is strictly prohibited.
- Use of commissioned art for training in any AI-related endeavor is strictly prohibited.
